This couples workshop is all about rolling up your sleeves, getting a little flour on your hands, and learning the kind of Italian cooking that’s meant to be shared.

You and your partner will work side by side to create two Italian favorites: fresh, hand-cut tagliatelle and classic cannoli filled with lightly sweetened ricotta cream. Along the way, you’ll taste and learn about authentic extra virgin olive oil—what makes it real, how it’s harvested, and why it changes everything in the kitchen.

No pressure. No perfection required. Just good ingredients, a little guidance, and a lot of fun.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll:

• Make tagliatelle completely from scratch

• Learn how to roll, cut, and handle fresh pasta dough

• Fill and finish traditional cannoli into a work of art

• Leave with new skills
