Booking & Payment Terms

To reserve your spot on the tour, before February 28, 2026, a 30% deposit of the trip total cost is required at booking. You may cancel within 15 days of your deposit payment to receive a full refund. After 15 days, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

After February 28, 2026, the full cost of the trip is due upon signup.
