During this educational and interactive class, guests will learn how olive oil is made, all about the harvest in Italy and the Ciccio’s Olives family farm, how to cook and finish with various oils, how to optimize the incredibly healthy benefits of EVOO, and how to know if EVOO is authentic and pure.
