Love, Pasta & Cannoli is a hands-on Valentine’s experience designed for couples who’d rather play with dough than fight for a dinner reservation. This is not a cooking demo — it’s a laugh-together, flour-on-your-hands, sneak-a-kiss kind of night.

You and your date will roll up your sleeves and make fresh pasta from scratch, learning classic Italian techniques along the way. Then we’ll switch gears to dessert, where you’ll whip up creamy cannoli filling, pipe it into crisp shells, and top them exactly how you like — extra chocolate chips encouraged.

You’ll leave with a homemade Italian pasta dinner and dessert ready to cook, plate, and enjoy together later that night.
