Enjoy a guided extra virgin olive oil tasting featuring our two presses, then craft artisanal pasta dough with premium Italian flour and our signature extra-virgin olive oil. Learn the technique of laminating fresh herbs (think parsley, sage, thyme, etc) into the dough to form beautifully streaked, flavor-infused sheets. You’ll then roll and thin the laminated dough and cut it into generous pappardelle ribbons, taking home your portion for two along with fresh bread and ingredients and recipe cards to create a lovely, simple accompanying sauce.
