Join us for a hands-on cooking experience inspired by the fresh, vibrant flavors of an Italian spring—perfect for sharing with someone you love or gifting as a unique experience. In this seasonal workshop, you’ll create a beautifully simple menu centered around pink tagliatelle and a bright fennel and orange salad.

After olive oil tasting and food education over antipasti, you’ll learn how to make traditional tagliatelle exactly as it’s been prepared for generations in Italian homes — no shortcuts, no machines, just flour, eggs, olive oil, and your hands. This class is rooted in memory and method, honoring the everyday pasta that showed up on the table week after week in Italy… but this time, we’re making it pretty in pink dough for Mother’s Day!

We’ll roll the dough thin, fold it gently, and cut long, silky ribbons of tagliatelle, which you’ll take home and ingredients and recipe cards to create a lovely, simple accompanying sauce.

To complement the pasta, you’ll prepare a crisp fennel and orange salad—light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced with quality olive oil. This dish is a shop favorite!
