Join us for an evening of Italian comfort and craft as we roll, fill, and shape beautiful handmade ravioli from scratch. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create tender sheets of fresh pasta, prepare a flavorful filling, and seal your ravioli with care and precision — the traditional way.
We’ll kick things off with an extra virgin olive oil tasting, followed by mixing, rolling, filling, and shaping fresh ravioli from scratch under expert guidance.
